FREQUENTLY
ASKED
QUESTIONS

Do you communicate with my child’s coach or club?

Only when appropriate, and always with consent. We respect existing club structures and do not interfere with them.

Do you guarantee outcomes or advancement?

No. Development is not linear, and outcomes cannot be promised. We focus on preparation, habits, and long-term growth.

Is this only for elite players?

No. Our services are for players who want structure, guidance, and clarity, regardless of current level.

Do parents participate in meetings?

Yes, particularly at key points. We believe alignment between player and family is essential.

How does payment work?

Payment is made on a seasonal basis and covers the agreed-upon mentorship services for that period. Full payment is typically due prior to the start of services. In certain cases, structured payment plans may be discussed during the introductory call.

Are there any hidden fees?

No. All pricing is clearly outlined in advance. Any optional add-ons, such as international travel camps, are communicated separately and only pursued with full transparency and consent.

Can we cancel or pause services?

We understand that circumstances can change. While services are committed on a seasonal basis, we approach situations with fairness and communication. Specific terms are outlined in the service agreement, and we aim to handle any changes respectfully.

What happens if my child’s schedule changes?

Development paths are rarely linear. If a player’s schedule, team, or circumstances change, we adapt our approach and adjust planning accordingly. Flexibility is built into our process.

How much time is expected from the player and family?

Time commitment depends on the selected package. Meetings are scheduled in advance, and expectations are clearly outlined so families can plan appropriately without disruption to school or club obligations.

Do you work with players outside North America or Europe?

Yes. While our primary operations are in North America and Europe, we work with players globally when logistics and communication align.

What languages do you support?

Our team supports communication in English, Italian, German, French, and Swedish, with plans to add Finnish representation in the near future

Will this interfere with my child’s current team or coach?

No. Our role is to support development, not disrupt existing programs. We respect club structures and only communicate externally when appropriate and with consent.

How do you handle disagreements or differing opinions?

Hockey development often involves differing perspectives. We approach these situations calmly, focusing on the player’s best interest, long-term growth, and respectful dialogue.

Do you provide training or replace on-ice coaching?

No. We do not replace team coaches or run private training sessions that conflict with club programming. We coordinate development support in a way that complements existing environments.

Is this service only for players pursuing professional hockey?

No. Our services are for players who want structure, clarity, and support, regardless of whether their long-term goal is professional hockey, collegiate hockey, or personal development through the sport.

How do you determine if a family is a good fit?

Fit is determined during the introductory call. We look for alignment in values, expectations, and readiness for a development-first approach. We do not work with families seeking guarantees or shortcuts

What happens after the season ends?

End-of-season reviews help assess progress and next steps. Families can choose to continue, adjust support level, or conclude services based on what is best for the player.

Are camps mandatory?

Camps are included in certain packages and designed to support development. Participation is encouraged but not mandatory if circumstances prevent attendance.

How do we get started?

The first step is booking an introductory call. This conversation is designed to answer questions, assess fit, and provide initial clarity. There is no obligation to continue.
