Helvetic Summit Advising supports young hockey players and their families through structured mentorship, development guidance, and honest perspective during the most influential years of growth. Our role is to provide clarity and consistency in an environment that often feels overwhelming and rushed.

 

We work exclusively for the player and family. Our focus is long-term development, well-being, and decision-making, not short-term outcomes or external pressure.

OUR APPROACH

Every player’s journey is different. Our support is built around a flexible but structured framework that adapts to the player’s age, stage, and environment.

 

1. Assessment & Alignment

We begin by understanding the player’s current situation, goals, and support system. This includes on-ice performance, development stage, and the family’s expectations.

 

2. Development Planning

We create clear short-, medium-, and long-term plans focused on habits, skills, and progression. These plans are reviewed and adjusted as the player grows.

 

3. Video Analysis & Teaching

Video review is used as a teaching tool, not a critique. We focus on decision-making, habits, and patterns that translate directly into game performance.

 

4. Execution Support

We provide ongoing guidance as players navigate feedback, adversity, and external pressure. When appropriate, we assist with communication while always respecting existing club structures.

 

5. Review & Adaptation

Development is not linear. We regularly revisit goals, adjust plans, and ensure the process remains aligned with the player’s best interest.
